Location: California
Salary: $6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per Month – New to State candidates hired at the minimum salary of the classification.
Position:
Analyst II – Employee Resource Liaison (ERL).
Employment Type:
12‑month Limited Term – Full Time.
Work Shift:
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Work Week:
Monday – Friday.
Location:
In Office (telework not available).
- Provide guidance to Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) management and staff regarding compliance with laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Department of General Services (DGS) and CalHR.
- Assist in making or participating in governmental decisions that may have a material effect on personal financial interests; complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and annually.
- Maintain awareness of conflict‑of‑interest obligations and act accordingly.
- Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere and challenge processes while upholding ethics and stewardship.
- Analyst II classification in the DGS system.
- Valid State of California identification and authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Completion of STD 678 (State Examination/Employment Application) and required supporting documents.
- Demonstrated experience and education relevant to the minimum qualifications listed in the Classification Specification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Writing, editing, and research skillset.
- Experience creating or reviewing content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Ability to build positive working relationships across units.
