Disability Rights Louisiana is seeking an individual to serve as the CLOP Ombudsman, primarily focused on advocating for the rights of individuals with disabilities in Intermediate Care Facilities. The role involves regular visits to these facilities to ensure proper care and treatment while monitoring for rights violations.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of human services experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for fieldwork.
