Licensed Therapists (LPC) in the Greater St. Louis, MO area. The role focuses on patient care, primarily for adults, children, and adolescents, in a fully outpatient setting.

• Deliver therapeutic services to patients across age groups (adult, child, adolescent).
• Utilize evidence‑based, medically driven treatment approaches tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and legal standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.

• Fully licensed LPC in the State of Missouri.
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality client care.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexible, self‑directed caseload management preferred.

• Competitive compensation model – up to $80,000 – $101,000/year, no cap, plus annual cash bonus incentive.
