Full‑time Monday - Friday position with traditional daytime hours. Pre‑Employment Specialists earn $22/hour.

Empower individuals to reach their employment goals with coaching, skill building, and support that prepares them for success

• Support and provide instructional training for participants to prepare them for competitive employment.
• Manage a caseload of up to 5-8 individuals.
• Prepare and submit documentation and paperwork according to established time frames and guidelines.
• Foster relationships and manage clear, ongoing communication with all parties, including participants and families, internal teams, and funders.
• Build a professional network and beneficial contacts across the business community.
• Maintain a balance of billable and nonbillable time at 85% or higher throughout the fiscal year.

  • Full‑time hourly direct care staff may be eligible for up to $250 per month paid directly to their student loan vendor. Ask your recruiter for details.

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience—preferably supporting people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Some college education; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of employment laws.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
