Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human services, sociology, or social services related, and at least (2) years related experience or lived experiences with the chronically mentally ill and homeless population, and/or other vulnerable populations in social services related field. Masters preferred.
- Knowledge of Housing First, Harm Reduction Model, Crisis Intervention, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), and HIPPA.
- Excellent written and verbal skills is a must. Must be computer literate and able to compose correspondence notes with correct grammar. Must be proficient with Windows operating system and email. Familiarization with electronic client management information systems (HMIS, CHAMP, etc.). Electronic medical record highly preferred.
- Possess a valid California Class C Driver License, maintain an insurable driving record and safe vehicle under the Agency’s liability policy.
- All employees are requirred to be fully Vaccinated against COVID-19.
