Hamilton Families in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an On-Call Residential Program Aide to help provide a safe, welcoming environment for participants in our shelter program. You will report to the Shift Coordinators and Shelter Manager and support daily operations.
Key duties include ensuring shift coverage, enforcing safety policies, responding to emergencies, assisting with intake, front desk duties, cleaning, and coordinating with staff and service providers.
