Salary Range: $18.00 To $21.65 Hourly

Pay:$18.00-$20.61/hour + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
The Mental/Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides compassionate care to youth by supporting their physical, emotional, and behavioral needs while fostering a safe, structured, and positive living environment.

Education Required:High school diploma or GED
Available Schedules Schedule- Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:30 AM–10:30 PM
- Monday: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM
- Tuesday: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM
- Thursday: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM
- Friday: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM–10:30 PM
- Friday: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM–10:30 PM
- Sunday: 8:30 AM–10:30 PM
Provide for the physical and emotional needs of clients by:
- Providing meals and snacks
- Assisting with personal care
- Monitoring medication
- Intervening in crisis situations
Facilitate a healthy group living experience by:
- Creating a positive and supportive environment
- Managing conflict
- Enforcing house rules
Participate as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team by:
- Attending treatment team meetings
- Providing input on treatment plans
- Implementing treatment plans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Class E driver's license with a good driving record
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
