Community Services Coordinator

Jefferson Franklin Community Action Corporation (JFCAC) is seeking a passionate and experienced Community Services Coordinator to help lead programs that support individuals and families throughout Jefferson and Franklin Counties. This position combines program coordination, staff supervision, community engagement, and direct support services to help people achieve greater stability and self-sufficiency.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate community services programs and client support activities
- Supervise and support Community Services staff
- Build partnerships with community organizations and service providers
- Monitor program performance, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Help individuals and families access resources and achieve their goals
- Represent JFCAC at community events and outreach activities
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field required (Bachelor's preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in community services, case management, social services, or program coordination
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay Rate: $25.61 per hour - may increase based on education and/or relevant experience
- Status:
Full-time, 36-hour work week, exempt - 4-Day workweek with Fridays off
