- Salary: $179,000 – $290,000 base + equity + benefits

What You Will DoDesign, build, and support high-quality mobile applications used by clinicians and healthcare organizations at scale
Own end-to-end development of features using React Native
, with opportunities to work directly in iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) native codeMake thoughtful technical decisions that balance product velocity with performance, security, reliability, and maintainability
Improve existing systems by adding new functionality and enhancing performance, stability, and overall user experience
Advocate for engineering best practices and help manage technical debt as the platform continues to scale
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, machine learning engineers, and infrastructure teams
Build with a strong user-centric mindset, developing empathy for real-world clinical workflows
Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of learning and technical excellence
Contribute improvements back to open-source libraries when appropriate
5–10+ years of professional software engineering experience
At least 2+ years working with React and 2+ years building mobile applications
Strong experience with React Native in production environments
Familiarity working with native mobile codebases in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android)
Experience building and shipping mobile applications at scale (consumer or enterprise)
Proven ability to independently deliver features or own smaller applications end-to-end
Experience with one or more of the following is a strong plus:
Audio playback or recording
Offline/online data synchronization
File encryption or secure data handling
Demonstrated career progression and long-term ownership at prior companies
Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating in cross-functional teams
Experience at high-quality mobile product companies or platforms that have scaled rapidly
Prior exposure to healthcare, enterprise software, or regulated environments (not required)
Interest in AI-powered products and their real-world applications
Willingness to work in-person at least 3 days per week in SF or NYC (preferred, but not mandatory for exceptional candidates)
Base Salary: $179,000 – $290,000 (depending on level and experience)
