Front End Developer – Coalition Technologies

Front End Developer position located in Louisiana.

• Experience with modern JavaScript ES6+.
• Experience using any Frontend Frameworks/Libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Angular
  
  JS, etc).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to clearly discuss ideas, technical concepts, and feedback.
• Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative and ownership of your work.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
• Thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and debugging techniques using Chrome Dev Tools (Console, Network panels, etc).
• Experience with the use of AI tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, OpenAI, Cursor, etc) to assist with boilerplate code generation, troubleshooting, workflow acceleration, etc.
• Experience with media queries.
• Knowledge of CSS platforms such as Twitter’s Bootstrap.
• Ability to multi-task on multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
• Great attention to detail and highly organized work style.
• Positive and upbeat attitude with ability to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in PHP/MYSQL and AJAX (preferred).
• Experience with Word Press, Big Commerce, Magento, and Shopify (preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
• Ability to adapt to a diverse and multicultural environment.
  
  Passion to build a startup.
• Reliable workstation with fast computer, microphone, and speakers, reliable internet and power if working remotely.

• Transform complex layout PSDs into pixel-perfect presentation-layer HTML5/CSS3 templates.
• Create responsive website designs.
• Build websites with Word Press, extending and developing plugins and themes.
• Use Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks to create images optimized for the web.
• Work with version control systems such as GIT / SVN.
• Work under tight deadlines.
• Handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Produce high quality work with strong focus on detail.

_California, New York, Washington, and Colorado: starting base pay for this position ranges between $17 - $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority of the position offered. Outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado compensation may fall outside the above ranges._
