Critical Parts Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provides coaching and mentoring to others within the technical discipline.
• Develops existing and new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
• Develops new applications to meet customer requirements; monitors, identifies, and corrects the most complex software defects to maintain fully functioning applications.
• Works effectively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize products and services, leveraging data to drive original design ideas and decisions.
• Designs and oversees the functionality, usability, and accessibility of business‑critical portals/websites using content creation and management tools as well as digital media to ensure that technical continuity is maintained and development standards are met.
• Discusses and recommends technical developments to improve the quality of websites/portals/applications software and supporting infrastructure to better meet users' needs.
• Contributes to and maintains a roadmap to facilitate application software development and ensure the development work is prioritized in line with business requirements.
• Provides fault isolation and resolution for complex challenges to limit and address issues promptly.
• Delivers small‑ or medium‑scale projects while working within an established program management plan.
• Designs distribution of database resources and provides physical modeling and design services to tune database applications for optimum performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent fields.
• Advanced English (broad vocabulary, strong grammar, able to lead meetings, argue, negotiate, and conduct training sessions).
• Experience as a specialist developer, writing code for multiple applications (Type Script and React with a plus in JavaScript).
• Experience with Dev Ops practices or Extreme Programming (XP) as part of development.
• Experience managing application operations and infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud solution providers (such as AWS, etc.) to host applications and services.
• Experience in consuming and writing APIs.
• Experience working within a developer community.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with various Dev Ops tools (e.g., Git Hub & Git Hub Actions, Docker, Terraform, linting tools, etc.).
• Experience with multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Go, React, etc.).
• Experience using containers for server orchestration (e.g., Docker, ECS/K8s, etc.).
• Experience contributing to open‑source platforms/tools.
• Experience with best technical practices, such as code review, clean code, and microservices.
• Experience with internal developer portals.
