Overview
Work Authorisation:
Candidates must have valid authorisation to work in the United States.
We’re looking for a versatile Full-Stack Engineer who can help us build and support our core platform while partnering with Sales and Customer Success. You’ll write production code, join technical sales calls when needed, and help keep our system reliable in production.
If you enjoy shipping features, talking to customers, and owning things end-to-end, this role is for you.
What you’ll do- Product Development
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across our web application (frontend, backend, data).
- Collaborate with product and design to iterate quickly on user-facing workflows.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Sales Engineering & Customer Support
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support demos and technical evaluations.
- Help design and build proofs-of-concept and integrations for key prospects.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, debug problems, and provide pragmatic solutions.
- Production Operations
- Help monitor, debug, and improve the reliability and performance of our production systems.
- Participate in an on-call rotation appropriate to our stage (with reasonable load).
- Contribute to tooling, observability, and automation to keep operations smooth as we scale.
You can tune this to match your real stack later:
- Frontend:
React / Type Script - Backend:
Node.js or Python-based services, REST/Graph
QL APIs - Data:
Postgres (or similar relational DB), Redis - Infrastructure: AWS or similar cloud, Docker, CI/CD
- 4–8 years of professional experience as a software engineer, including full-stack work.
- Strong skills in at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React) and one backend language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go).
- Experience with relational databases and building APIs.
- Comfortable debugging production issues and working with logs/monitoring tools.
- Prior experience in client-facing engineering (sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical support) is a big plus.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or developer tools is a plus.
- You like wearing multiple hats: builder, troubleshooter, and customer-facing problem solver.
- You enjoy working closely with non-engineers (Sales, CS, Product).
- You’re comfortable with autonomy and ownership in a small, fast-moving team.
- You have strong written and spoken English and can collaborate easily with US-based teammates.
- Competitive compensation for Lat Am markets plus equity.
- Fully remote role with a focus on work in US-aligned time zones.
- Opportunity to be an early engineer with broad scope (architecture, tooling, culture).
- Interesting problems at the intersection of law, data, and workflow automation.
