Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer

• Drive the overall technical design of our applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
• Learn from and help shape our company''s engineering culture.

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
• Experience in working with dev members from other product/service teams and driving deliveries that span across multiple dev teams.
• Experience in building performant, scalable, and secure backend systems that accept traffic through RESTful or Graph
  
  QL APIs.
• Passion about building delightful and high-quality customer experiences for our end users.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with modern development tools and frameworks.
• Broad experience in overall system design and implementation.
• Contribution to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.
• Deep understanding of software architecture.
• Ability to drive the design and implementation of major components of our applications, systems, and features, working across our entire engineering, product, and design organization, where necessary, to solve problems.
