As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing both the front-end experiences and the backend systems that power our AI-driven platform. You’ll work closely with the founder, AI engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless, human-centered interactions with reliability, speed, and scalability.

• Build, test, and deploy responsive, user-friendly web applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with AI and product teams to integrate adaptive intelligence systems.
• Ensure application performance, security, and high availability across the stack.
• Optimize data flow, storage, and retrieval for real-time user experiences.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing, and monitoring for both front-end and backend services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve systems continuously.

• 2–4 years of full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Node.js / NestJS (preferred) and front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL & No
  
  SQL) with experience in schema design and optimization.
• Hands‑on experience building and integrating REST and Graph
  
  QL APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with microservices architecture is a plus.
• Must be Bengaluru‑based and available to work in person.

• Work directly with the founder and influence product architecture across the stack.
• Own end-to-end features of a high-impact AI product.
