• Execute and maintain test procedures and test cases for new and existing products
• Perform tests in accordance with approved test plans/procedures and applicable policies
• Report and manage defects
• Regression test software fixes for new and existing products
• Participate in requirements and functional specifications reviews of new features and verify these requirements are reflected in the test specifications
• Document, troubleshoot and follow up on issues found during testing
• Actively work with other members of the team to constantly improve the process, tools and effectiveness of the team
• Assist development with replicating and debugging problems
• Participate in a hybrid schedule with an estimated (may change as needed) 2-3 days per week onsite, primarily based out of the Maryland Heights, MO office, with occasional onsite support at the Hazelwood, MO lab as needed

• 2+ years of related professional experience and a Bachelor's of Science degree in a STEM-related course of study
• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance, granted by the US Government, which requires US citizenship. The government also uses 13 adjudicative guidelines to determine an individual's eligibility
• Experience developing and maintaining software test documentation, and testing/validating software to ensure it meets operational and functional requirements
• Experience supporting test execution and system or test integration activities
• Must be willing to obtain relevant certifications as required by future client or contract needs

• Active DoD Secret clearance granted by the U.S. Government
• Experience supporting mission planning software or OFP (Operational Flight Program) SIL (System Integration Lab) testing
• Experience using software configuration management tools (Team Foundation Server/Azure Dev Ops) and writing/analyzing test procedures and software requirements
• Prior experience with Windows 10 and 11, Virtual Box, Power Shell, SQL/SSMS, Postman, Notepad++, Event Viewer, Git/source control tools, and/or Visual Studio
