• Design, develop, and deploy custom Android launcher solutions for enterprise mobility use cases, including packaging, signing, and controlled distribution at scale.
• Design, build, and maintain high‑performance, reusable, and reliable Java code for Android applications and supporting components.
• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform, ensuring stability, security, and usability in large‑scale enterprise deployments.
• Engineer solutions that work across multiple Android versions, device types, and screen sizes, ensuring consistent behavior and user experience.
• Apply Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices to develop intuitive, efficient, and maintainable user interfaces.
• Ensure alignment with Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines, while meeting enterprise operational and security requirements.
• Lead design discussions, define technical approaches, and execute development against approved designs while navigating and improving complex existing codebases.
• Establish and maintain a high‑quality codebase through code reviews, refactoring, performance optimization, and testing practices.
• Lead development implementation of the technology strategy within a defined set of teams, executing against the technology roadmap to support the project portfolio and business strategy.
• Oversee the implementation of enterprise standards across domains including operations, infrastructure, data, applications, development, security and risk, and business continuity.
• Drive digital innovation by leveraging new technologies and approaches to renovate, extend, and transform the existing core technology base and IT estate.
• Document architecture, application design decisions, deployment procedures, and operational support processes for internal knowledge sharing.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement work streams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes, including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.
