We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Fullstack Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation AI legal platform. You will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling our applications, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of legal professionals nationwide. This role offers significant growth opportunities within a dynamic and innovative environment.

• Design and implement robust and scalable backend services using Python and Lang Chain to power our AI legal applications.
• Develop and maintain interactive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React and Type Script.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability to handle increasing user demand.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

• SENIOR-level experience in Fullstack development.
• Proficiency in Lang Chain, Python, React, Type Script, and CI/CD.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Deep understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience with NLP and machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with legal technology and the legal industry.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
