As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Vistage Worldwide, you will play a crucial role in implementing, delivering, and supporting complex business solutions centered around the Salesforce Platform. Our multi-cloud Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) includes integrations with other systems using Mulesoft and other technologies.

• Serve as the technical contributor on Salesforce projects, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Identify and recommend Salesforce-based solutions and integration points.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Lightning Components (Aura and LWC),  pages, and integrations using Web Services, REST, and custom objects.
• Support integrated applications with expertise in system integration, test planning, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Independently perform development, testing, implementation, and documentation related to the Salesforce platform.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to software development life cycle standards.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Occasionally work on platforms other than Salesforce.

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning components (Aura and LWC).
• Proficiency in technologies that work with Salesforce, such as JavaScript, Web Services, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with source control development and version control systems, ideally Git.
• Salesforce Experience (Communities).
• Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database schema.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time effectively.
• Open-mindedness to embrace new technology stacks and solutions.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong work ethic and disciplined time management skills.
• Ability to work in complex cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.
• Self-starter able to work proactively and with minimal supervision.

• 4+ years preferred of Salesforce development experience (APEX)
• 1+ years of software development experience (ideally Java, React
  
  JS, PHP) is a plus.
• Experience with MS SQL Server (specifically SSIS) is a plus.
• Experience with DBAMP is a plus.
• Certifications:
  
  Certified Platform Developer I , Certified Platform Developer II (preferred)

$130,000 - $145,000 Salary + 9.75% Bonus (salary based in San Diego, CA)

Hybrid in San Diego; 2 days onsite, 3 days offsite
