Full Stack Developer
Location:
Chesterfield, MO. Dierbergs is seeking a Full‑Stack Developer to join our growing team.
- Design and implement new application systems across multiple platforms.
- Convert legacy systems to modern architectures such as .NET or .NET Core.
- Continuously seek improvements to performance, scalability, and design of existing systems.
- Develop technical solutions to moderately complex challenges with ingenuity and creativity.
- Conduct unit, system, integration, and regression testing to ensure new and updated applications are stable and reliable.
- Create and review system documentation, including implementation and rollback plans.
- Foster collaboration across developers, data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables.
- Support communication with stakeholders, ensuring development priorities match business needs and enable agile responses to changing demands.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and development teams to ensure clear communication and timely delivery of outsourced work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience in multi‑platform application environments.
- Proficiency with .NET Core/6+, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
- Skill in building RESTful services and using GIT for version control.
- Strong background in system design, implementation, and testing.
- Experience with Agile and test‑driven development practices.
- Primary frontend expertise includes React, Type Script, React
JS/NextJS, and state management using Redux and Context. - Deep understanding of component architecture, responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind), and design systems.
- Proficiency in cloud‑based architectures using Azure Functions, Kubernetes, and messaging frameworks such as Azure Service Bus or Queue.
- Strong problem‑solving skills for identifying bottlenecks, resolving risks, and ensuring quality delivery.
- Ability to align development efforts with business priorities and organizational objectives.
- Adept at fostering collaboration across teams to drive successful project delivery.
