• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design client‑side and server‑side architecture
• Build the front‑end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well‑functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Create quality mockups and prototypes
• Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software

• 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• 7 years of experience developing web and mobile applications
• Familiarity with common modern stacks
• Knowledge of multiple front‑end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple back‑end languages (e.g., .NET, C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, Mongo
  
  DB), web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design
• Experience with mockup and UI prototyping tools
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be very detail oriented, possess excellent follow‑through, and can multi‑task
• Must be self‑motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Excellent time management skills
• Must be an outstanding communicator, and have established skills in accuracy, organization, and working in a high‑volume environment
• Demonstrated ability to support all other departments within the company and coordinate training and information sessions
• Excellent proficiency in English communication – read, write, speak fluently in English
