Full Stack Engineer

We are partnering with a rapidly growing technology company that is building products at the intersection of software, data and AI based in San Francisco.

Having achieved strong early commercial traction, the business is now looking to expand its engineering team with high-calibre builders who thrive in fast-paced startup environments.

This is an opportunity to join a small, ambitious team where engineers have significant ownership, direct exposure to decision-makers and the ability to influence both product and technical direction.

• Design, build and ship product features end-to-end
• Work across frontend, backend, data and infrastructure challenges
• Collaborate closely with founders, product and customers
• Take ownership of technical problems from concept through to deployment
• Contribute to architecture, engineering standards and product strategy
• Use modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery

• 1-5 years of software engineering experience
• Experience building and shipping production software
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks, ideally Svelte, React or Next.js
• Exposure to infrastructure and data technologies such as Redis, Click House or similar
• Comfortable working in highly autonomous environments
• Demonstrable examples of things you've built, whether professionally or independently

• Early-stage startup experience
• Former founder or founding engineer
• Strong side-project, open-source or builder mentality
• Ability to move quickly and work across multiple problem domains
• Passion for leveraging AI tools within the development workflow
