We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for a builder — someone excited about solving real-world problems at scale, with the agility to work across multiple projects as MOTIKO expands globally.

As a Software Engineer at MOTIKO, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and frontend systems across MOTIKO’s platforms (finance, logistics, agriculture, and trade).
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and operations teams to bring concepts to life.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that meets business requirements.
• Integrate APIs, data pipelines, and AI models into production-ready systems.
• Optimize systems for performance, security, and reliability across global markets.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and help establish engineering best practices.

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL & No

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AI/ML integration
