- Active participation in reviews, decision processes, and technical escalations
- End-to-end ownership for defined technical topics or sub-projects
- Proactive identification of risks, dependencies, and required actions
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and standards
Your ideal profile:

- Experience with ASPICE, MISRA, configuration, and version management
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR (BSW, RTE, SW-C, CDD) and corresponding tool chains (e.g. Vector DaVinci) is an advantage
- Basic to advanced understanding of automotive cybersecurity concepts on system and ECU level and their impact on architecture, requirements, and customer interfaces
- Understanding of hardware fundamentals, ability to read schematics, and use of measurement equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer)
- Strong system-level thinking capability
- High solution and result orientation
- Very good stress resilience and robustness in critical project phases
- Strong ownership mindset and intrinsic sense of responsibility
- Clear, target-group-oriented communication at both technical and management levels
