• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience developing frameworks to support Agentic AI products.
• Strong expertise in Qlik and Business Intelligence technologies, including:
  • Qlik Sense
  • Tableau
  • Power BI
  • WebFOCUS
• Hands-on experience with data engineering solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing Data Marts.
• Dashboard design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Qlik Sense installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing Qlik Sense clusters, deployments, and expansions.
• Data source configuration and management.
• Security rules administration within Qlik Sense.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including entities, tables, relationships, constraints, and data types.
• Experience with high-performance data storage concepts, including file stores, wide-column databases, and key-value data models.
• Ability to create technical documentation, including flowcharts and architecture diagrams.
• Experience gathering and analyzing functional and system requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.

The Lead Software Engineer will design, develop, and support scalable data engineering solutions and frameworks for Agentic AI products. This role requires expertise in Qlik Sense, Data Mart development, dashboard creation, and large-scale data processing. The ideal candidate will also administer Qlik environments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical leadership to the Data Engineering team.

• Design and develop frameworks supporting Agentic AI products.
• Build, maintain, and enhance internal and external dashboards using Qlik.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather functional and system requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, scheduled tasks, and user access.
• Install, configure, and administer Qlik Sense environments.
• Expand, monitor, and maintain Qlik Sense clusters.
• Manage data sources, dashboard deployments, and security rules.
• Conduct periodic health checks and performance evaluations of Qlik clusters.
• Design, develop, and implement high-quality Data Marts while ensuring data integrity.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, flowcharts, and process documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to the Data Engineering development team.
• Interpret conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Apply best practices for data modeling, including entities, relationships, constraints, and data types.
• Ensure high-performance, scalable, and reliable data engineering solutions.
