, this Full-time position is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled developer to apply their expertise within a company renowned for its quality craftsmanship and tailored client solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the software systems that underpin our business operations, helping to drive efficiency and support our continued growth. The salary for this position is $145,000 - $155,000 USD per annum
.
- Designing, developing, and deploying bespoke software applications to support key business functions such as order processing, inventory management, and production scheduling.
- Collaborating closely with various departments to analyse their needs and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Maintaining and improving existing software systems, including troubleshooting bugs and implementing new features.
- Managing company databases to ensure data integrity, performance, and security.
- Contributing to the entire software development life cycle, from initial concept and planning through to testing and deployment.
- Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation for all software projects.
- Proven professional experience in a software development role.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python).
- Solid experience working with relational databases and SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is desirable.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
