- Design and deliver end-to-end digital experience and commerce solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Commerce.

- 10 years of experience in the Web and/or ECMS technologies
- 8 years of client consulting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical solutions to various audiences
- Good experience with HTML5, CSS3, Java Script
- Proficiency with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, node.js
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding
- Familiarity with Web Content Management (WCM) platforms such as AEM/Edge Delivery Services, Sitecore, Drupal, Word Press
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Good understanding of responsive build, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization
- Experience with Git‑based version control systems
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent years of experience
