Responsibilities
- Own software delivery coordination across SDV Mechatronics Infrastructure builds and program milestones
- Work closely with SWILs, calibration teams, software teams, and stakeholders to align delivery plans, dependencies, and readiness
- Track software timing, milestones, part numbers, release content, and key program deliverables across builds
- Ensure all required software artifacts, approvals, and delivery items get where they need to go on time and with quality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for software delivery issues, status, risks, and escalations
- Coordinate across teams to identify gaps, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment on build progress and release readiness
- Support issue tracking, status reporting, and milestone reviews with clear, accurate communication to stakeholders and leadership
- Maintain delivery plans, schedules, and documentation to support execution, traceability, and follow-through
- Partner with SWILs and other technical leads to troubleshoot delivery and integration issues as needed
- Drive strong execution discipline across multiple parallel builds in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in software integration, build management, release coordination, DRE, or project execution roles
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Experience working across cross-functional teams in software delivery, integration, or automotive development environments
- Familiarity with software build processes, release workflows, integration frameworks, and version control systems such as Git or SVN
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple moving pieces across programs, builds, and delivery events
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership mindset and follow-through to ensure commitments are completed with quality and on time.
