Software Development Engineer – Identity & Systems

• Contribute to building and scaling the next-generation, AI-forward advertising technology stack.
• Own several distributed real-time APIs and applications, written in Go, that service external partners.
• Help develop robust cross-team data flows using modern streaming platforms like Redpanda.
• Continuously improve the reliability, performance, and maintainability of core production systems.

• 3+ years of professional experience deploying high-performance production code.
• Willingness to learn and thrive in environments ranging from building and launching Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) quickly, to scaling existing products to high volumes, and managing complex, high-reliability distributed systems.
• Strong track record of contributing to maintainable, large-scale systems.
• You are comfortable navigating complex, unfamiliar and unclear problem spaces and platforms.
• You enjoy translating business challenges into effective technical solutions.
• You thrive on mentoring and promoting engineering best practices within a team environment.

  Experience working on 0-to-1 (new product launch) initiatives.
• Hands‑on Experience scaling 1-to-N (large‑scale growth) distributed systems.
• Experience with designing and implementing interfaces and infrastructure for high-volume services and APIs.
