Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, refactor, test, and debug application software for a Ground Segment.
- Support the program through maturity and milestones to achieve the mission.
- Generate efficient code according to specifications.
- Adapt to changes driven by bugs or updates.
- 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 0 years with a Master’s degree; or an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must have an active Top Secret clearance at the time of application and the ability and willingness to obtain SCI and CI Poly.
- Experience with C++ and Python.
- Experience with Red Hat Linux environment.
- Experience with the software design lifecycle.
- Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket, etc.) and development using Agile methodologies.
Demonstrates expertise in C++ and Python programming within a Red Hat Linux environment, while effectively managing the software design lifecycle and utilizing Agile methodologies. Holds an active Top Secret clearance and is prepared to obtain SCI and CI Poly.
