What We’re Looking For- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields
- Must be very hands on and technical day to day
- Experience developing and maintaining engineering harness
- Experience developing and maintaining AI coding
- Strong background in fine-tuning models and working with modern AI frameworks
- Proven ability to be deeply hands-on in coding and system development
- Lead design and implementation of AI-driven systems and agent-based tools to enhance software development workflows
- Architect and deploy end-to-end AI pipelines, including infrastructure, system design, and scalable solutions
- Establish best practices for AI integration and guide adoption across the organization
- Evaluate and select AI models, frameworks, and tools aligned with business and technical use cases
