Position: SOFTWARE DEVELOPER – FULL STACK
Location: Chesterfield

This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities

Participate in the design and development of commercial software applications
Undertake core software modernization and ongoing feature / function extensions of the company’s software product suite
Work with the Product Manager to assess market needs and end-user operational requirements
Architect, design, and develop software solutions to satisfy market needs and deliver upon the product’s market value proposition
Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize code
Design and optimize database schema
Implement high-performance, inter-system data collection interfaces
Produce design documentation, diagrams, code commentary, and highly readable code Perform sustaining engineering and maintenance of deployment packages

Skills / Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent experience
Project skills including design, planning, documentation, quality assurance, and source code management
2+ years industry experience in the following:
- Client-Side Skills & Technologies
  - HTML, XML, JSON
  - Blazor (Server and Web Assembly)
  - LINQ
  - JQuery / Java Script
  - RESTful API
  - Responsive Web Design
  - Windows Forms
  - Visual Studio IDE
  - Console App, Power Shell
- Server-Side Skills & Technologies
  - C#
  - .NET Core
  - .NET Framework
  - IIS
  - SignalR
  - Multi-threaded programming (Tasks: async, await)
- Database
  - SQL Server (Express)
  - SAP SQL Anywhere
- Highly Desirable
  - Tableau embedded analytics development
  - TCP/IP communications
Strong documentation and written communication skills
