Head of AI Clinical Excellence

Responsibilities

• Serve as the hands‑on, proactive, strategic leader responsible for advancing AI in Clinical Development
• Partner with various organizations to identify, develop, and scale AI‑driven capabilities
• Drive adoption of AI solutions across study design, protocol optimization, and clinical data review
• Lead development of AI‑enabled approaches to improve clinical trial performance
• Partner with digital and technology teams to design and deploy AI‑powered tools and platforms
• Represent the organization in industry forums and health authority interactions

• MD and 4+ years or PhD with 5+ years or MS with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions in clinical research settings
• Experience supporting Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Clinical Science, Clinical Data Review, or Regulatory Science activities
• Experience leading cross‑functional programs involving clinical, regulatory, scientific, and technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of GCP, clinical trial conduct, drug development processes, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and executive influencing skills

Demonstrates expertise in AI‑driven solutions for Clinical Development, with a strong focus on improving clinical trial performance and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
