Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers and Designers to ideate, build, and launch new features for our developer ecosystem
- Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software using modern engineering practices
- Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows
- Mentor engineers and provide thoughtful, in-depth code reviews
- 7+ years of professional experience building and shipping web applications and developer tooling
- Proficiency in JavaScript (JS), Type Script, and Python
- Hands‑on experience with API design and development
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, Codex, Cursor)
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Empathy for developers
- Desire to continually improve
- Experience with Hack and XHP is preferred
- Experience with Java or Go is preferred
- Experience with web analytics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and data‑driven optimization is preferred
- Experience building Slack Apps is preferred
