You build and extend the systems that support Elevate's operating businesses. This role sits at the centre of a shared and evolving technology platform, including the Microsoft Dynamics NAV codebase and the C#/.NET-based application and integration layer that connects field service, payroll, accounts receivable, reporting, and other core systems. You'll write and modernize code, build and maintain integrations, and turn functional and technical designs into working, tested enhancements.

While much of the current platform has been developed within TFI, the role supports Elevate's broader consolidation strategy as additional operating companies move onto common systems and processes. You'll work directly with the VP of Systems & Data.

• Develop and maintain customizations and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (C/AL and AL) that support Elevate operating businesses using the shared platform.
• Support the ongoing C/AL-to-AL code conversion — refactoring legacy C/AL into modern AL extensions.
• Develop and maintain C# applications and integration services on .NET Framework 4.8, including the FSM-to-NAV interface set (~50 XML integrations) and the FSM-to-ADP payroll interface, using XML, web services, and APIs.
• Translate functional and technical designs into production code, and take features through build, test, and deployment.
• Support data conversion, integration, and onboarding as Elevate operating companies migrate onto common platforms and processes, including NAV and the broader TFI technology stack.
• Contribute to the SQL data warehouse and Power BI reporting layer as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve development-level defects escalated from application support across the shared platform.
• Follow source control, documentation, and release discipline so the codebase stays maintainable.

• 3+ years developing on Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central (C/AL and/or AL).
• Strong C# development experience, ideally with .NET Framework applications, services, and integrations.
• Strong integration development experience — XML, web services, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong SQL Server skills (T-SQL: queries, stored procedures, performance basics).
• A track record of turning functional and technical specifications into reliable, production-ready code.
• Solid testing and debugging discipline — you're comfortable owning a feature end to end.

• Direct experience with C/AL-to-AL conversion or NAV/BC extension development.
• Familiarity with field service platforms (IFS FSM/PSO), ADP, or Versa Pay integrations.
• Power BI or data warehouse development experience.
• Experience in a multi-entity or M&A / roll-up environment where systems are being consolidated onto shared platforms.
