Software Engineer – Full Stack

• Develop and ship well-structured features end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Ensure business requirements are met with quality and reliability
• Solve moderately complex technical problems across frontend and backend systems
• Develop understanding of core system components
• Contribute to enhancements and improvements across services
• Participate actively in code reviews
• Provide constructive feedback to junior engineers

• 5+ years of experience delivering scalable software products with SaaS architectures
• Understanding of microservice architecture and RESTful Services
• Strong skills in Type Script or Python, with willingness and intent to learn both
• Experience with React, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and Docker
• Preferably experience with UV, Vite, Redis Cache, Postgres, Express, and Inversify
• Some exposure to event-driven systems or message queues
• Experience designing relational schemas on relational data stores such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Experience with cloud-service providers such as Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment
• Constructive in code reviews and willing to mentor junior engineers
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-minded startup where requirements change
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and take on different assignments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent training experience
• Awareness of AI/LLM concepts, Microsoft Office Add-in development, or clinical trials / regulated healthcare domain is a plus

Proficient in Type Script and Python with extensive experience in developing scalable SaaS products, microservice architecture, and RESTful services. Strong ability to mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and deliver high-quality user experiences.
