Pay Range:$35 - $37 on W2

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Android Developer to build and maintain features for my Client's's large-scale eCommerce mobile application. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Hilt, MVVM, and modern Android development patterns. This role will contribute production‑ready code within a modular Android architecture while working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high‑quality mobile experiences.

• Design, develop, and maintain production-quality features for Client'se Commerce Android application using Kotlin and modern Android frameworks.
• Build responsive and maintainable UI components using Jetpack Compose while following established application architecture and design standards.
• Implement application functionality using MVVM, Coroutines/Flow, Room, Hilt, and other modern Android development patterns.
• Contribute to a multi-module Gradle architecture, ensuring clean dependencies, maintainability, scalability, and efficient builds.
• Develop and maintain unit and UI tests to ensure application quality, reliability, and regression coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, and deliver features across the complete mobile development lifecycle.

• Strong professional experience in Android mobile application development using Kotlin.
• Hands‑on expertise with Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI development.
• Strong understanding of MVVM architecture, Coroutines, and Flow.
• Experience with Hilt/dependency injection and production Android application development.

• Experience with Room, Retrofit, JUnit, and MockK.
• Strong experience with multi-module Gradle builds and modular Android architectures.
• Experience developing mobile applications for large-scale eCommerce or consumer‑facing platforms.

• Experience working on large-scale consumer mobile applications with complex backend integrations and API-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of Android engineering best practices, clean architecture, testing, version control, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience collaborating within Agile engineering teams and contributing to production releases.
• Ability to support CST, PST, and EST business hours while working remotely.
