Role Responsibilities:

As a Value Engineer , you will be at the forefront of transforming customer challenges into scalable, AI-powered solutions. You’llwork closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering torapidly prototype and deliver impactful solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a technical and customer-facing role that requires a unique blend of AIfluency, creativity, and business acumen.

Business Requirements Development

• Understand customer’s business, their current KPIs and processes and identify opportunities for automation and new operational metrics arising out of shipment and asset monitoring.
• Create synthetic data to develop mockups and AI driven solution frameworks on howthe solution will deliver operational excellence by simulating real world scenarios You will work with the customer and the sales & account management team to get customer buy in.
• This will include hosting customer workshops, proposal development, ROI assessments and show and tell

Technical Collaboration

• Script,automate, and visualize data to tell compelling stories to both technical and business audiences
• Work with solution and platform engineering teamto translate the solution frameworks development into deployable solution usingout-of-the box solution templates and apps.
