- Provide custom software design and development of CNO tools and techniques
- Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking into CNO tools
- Author documentation
- Participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews following Government software development procedures and processes
- Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
- Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments
- Develop UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
- Develop embedded or mobile platforms using proprietary, GOTS, or open-source build environments
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline with 0 years of experience OR High School Diploma with 4 years of experience
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance
- Experience in Python or C/C++ programming
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging systems
- Travel up to 10% of the time
- U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance
- Preferred:
Experience analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements - Preferred:
Software analysis or reverse engineering - Preferred: CNO development concepts
- Preferred:
Unit testing frameworks and practices
Demonstrates expertise in software design and development for CNO tools, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C/C++. Capable of conducting thorough documentation, troubleshooting, and debugging while adhering to government software development standards.
