Senior Director, Software Engineering

• Lead end-to-end execution of engineering programs focused on AI/ML-enhanced solutions
• Oversee development of agentic AI systems and provide architectural guidance across backend, frontend, and mobile technologies
• Drive standardization and reuse of architectural patterns to accelerate delivery and reduce technical debt
• Collaborate with Product and Program Management on roadmaps, milestones, and software product strategy
• Cultivate engineering talent through mentorship and foster ownership and continuous growth
• Ensure technical quality and timely delivery aligned with business objectives
• Promote innovation by identifying improvement opportunities and integrating feedback across teams
• Shape delivery processes and develop talent aligned with global technology standards
• Lead modernization of accounting workflows and rollout of global platforms across international markets

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 9 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
• 4 years’ supervisory experience
• Extensive experience leading software engineering teams focused on AI/ML-enhanced solutions and cloud-native technologies
• Expertise in software architecture, system design, and scalable platform development across multiple programming languages and frameworks
• Strong project and program management skills, including milestone tracking and risk mitigation
• Ability to develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and competitive trends
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
• Experience mentoring senior leaders and fostering ownership and technical excellence
