This is for the Fall 2026 season.

To carry out the philosophy of the athletic program and the athletic commitment of Ladue School District.

• Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills for student athletes, parents and the community.
• Conduct practice 5-6 days per week during the season.
• Coordinate other level practices and participate in a full season of games and tournaments.
• Adheres to all MSHSAA guidelines in and out of season.

• Head coaches must possess a four-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR serving as an Approved Assistant Coach (non-Hardship Coach) for a minimum of TWO YEARS (OR NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Course (online) passed prior to coaching).
• Successful completion of a Sports First Aid and CPR/AED course/training prior to coaching and renewed every two years.
• Successful completion of Background Check(s).
• Successful completion of the MSHSAA Sport-Specific Online Rules Review and Test each season.
• Successful completion of Safe Schools.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge and experience in coaching Volleyball is preferred.

Stipend amount ranges from $4,779 - $5,970 currently. This will be updated when the 2026-27 Stipend Ranges are established. Actual amount will be based on verified Volleyball coaching experience.
