We are dedicated to providing a top-tier experience for athletes, families, and community members alike. We are looking for the next superstars in facility operations for our Summer 2026 Internship Class.

Here's what you'll be doing / learning:

• Working special events, rentals, and tournaments while representing The Beal Center
• Assisting Operations Manager in the development and execution of internal programming
• Assisting Food & Beverage manager with inventories and learning the entire operations of concession stands in the sports world
• Assisting Maintenance Director in keeping the 100,000 sq ft facility in top shape
• Creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and fun facility for all guests
• Provide unmatched support so that all customers leave with an excellent customer experience and a desire to return

** This is an unpaid, in-person, internship in Chesterfield, MO. While this internship is unpaid, there are paid tasks and commission opportunities available throughout the season.
