Working HoursWorking Hours:
Monday
- Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. This position requires you to work on-site.
We are looking for an Operations Agent who will handle both air import and air export activities to ensure smooth and timely movement of cargo.
Responsibilities- Planning, booking and routing shipments
- Preparing, handling, and processing documentation
- Tracking and tracing cargo
- Ensuring compliance with all air travel regulations
- Working with customs
- Negotiating rates
- Providing updates and customer service
- Ensuring accurate and timely client billing
- Communicating with customers, vendors, shippers, and other partners to ensure smooth transport
