Final Mile Quality Control Manager

Summary

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing delivery and logistics quality standards while serving as the primary liaison between Haulers, Delivery Teams, Flatbed Drivers, the Call Center, and Local Client Management Teams. This role ensures operational compliance through regular on‑site presence, vendor relationship management, and oversight of hauler recruitment, processing and performance.

• Coordinate communication flow between Haulers/Delivery Teams, Flatbed Drivers, Call Center and Local Client Management Teams.
• Provide on‑site presence daily, weekly or bi‑weekly to ensure Haulers/Delivery performance.
• Oversee recruiting, processing and performance of Haulers.
• Develop and maintain relations with vendors.
• Ensure follow‑up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods and in‑home damage claims.
• Interface with end customers to ensure effective in‑home delivery.
• Maintain monthly operation reports that include statistics and customer service scores.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent mathematical skills – ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
• Ability to analyze technical and scientific journals as they pertain to the business and market.
• Strong problem‑solving and reasoning abilities to deal with a variety of problems and devise creative solutions.

Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 (anticipated starting salary range for the position; final starting salary will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and company policy).
