Climate Express drivers make America great one mile at a time. This role involves extensive driving across the middle corridor of the United States.

2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks equipped with 68 cruise‑and‑pedal, ergonomically designed seats, 70L / 96W sleepers, larger built‑in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, and satellite radios.

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our experienced operations team will dispatch you safely and legally. Your truck will receive regular maintenance, and the shop is available 24/7.

Drivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. The operations department is available 24/7.

Pay is based on work record and experience, determined after processing. Load and empty miles are paid, offering up to 5–7% more miles per year than companies paying for short miles. Annual raises, merit raises, safety, and performance bonuses are available. Top performers earned over $100,000 last year.

Dry van and reefer (no slaughterhouses or fresh meat). 1 pickup/1 drop or drop‑and‑hook. 100% no‑touch freight.
