Core Responsibilities
• Deploy — Load and transport charged/repaired vehicles to assigned zones. Prioritize high-demand areas
and zones with unfulfilled ride sessions.
• Recover — Collect low-battery, downed, or out-of-zone vehicles from the field and return them to the
warehouse for charging or repair.
• Charge — Connect recovered vehicles to chargers; stage fully charged vehicles for next deployment cycle.
• Rebalance — Move vehicles between zones based on demand signals, ride data, and management
direction.
• Check-In — After returning vehicles to the warehouse, scan and check in each vehicle via the app. This
places the vehicle into warehouse inventory so mechanics can begin inspection.
• Ad Hoc Tasks — Respond to same-day operational needs as assigned (event staging, emergency
recoveries, field audits, etc.).
IMPORTANT:
If you skip Check-In, the vehicle is invisible to the warehouse team. No one knows it is
there. No one inspects it. It sits.
