Southern FS Inc. is hiring a multi-skilled Energy Team Member for our Dexter, MO location. This is a hybrid, hands‑on role combining fuel transport, propane delivery, and energy service work.

• Fuel & Transport Deliveries:
  • Deliver bulk petroleum products safely and efficiently
  • Load/unload transport and bobtail trucks
  • Stick tanks before/after delivery
  • Complete tickets, BOLs, inspections, and DOT logs
  • Maintain truck and perform routine maintenance
• Propane (LP) Delivery & Customer Service:
  • Deliver propane to residential, agricultural, and commercial customers
  • Perform leak checks and verify tank safety
  • Monitor tank conditions and report safety concerns
  • Maintain efficient delivery routes
  • Communicate with customers and maintain records
• Energy Service & Installation Work:
  • Install and service propane systems, tanks, and regulators
  • Perform repairs and maintenance
  • Deliver lubricants and additional energy products
  • Handle service calls and customer concerns
• Sales & Growth Support:
  • Promote propane, fuel, and energy services
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts

• CDL (Class A or
  
  B)
• Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements required
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work outdoors
• Must pass background check and drug screen
