Job OverviewThe Craft Kitchens Route Delivery Driver is responsible for timely delivery of food to stores, ensuring accurate and efficient operations and schedules. They provide exceptional customer service directly to customers as a key relationship builder and face of Craft Kitchens within Wallis.
Safety & EquipmentDrivers are responsible for relentless focus on safety, ensuring equipment is safe and well‑maintained, and in compliance with DOT and regulatory guidelines.
Delivery Area & VehicleDrivers serve the Maryland Heights kitchen terminal, delivering within approximately 100‑mile radius (local). Company delivery vehicle is provided.
CompensationWage: $17.86 per hour. Weekly $160.00 bonus to Drivers who meet the following criteria:
- Arrive on time to all 4 shifts per week
- Work until the job is done on all 4 shifts per week
Night Driver
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 6pm - 4am (approx. 4 7‑to‑10‑hour evening/overnight shifts per week). Off nights on Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday. End time of scheduled shift may vary depending on traffic and delivery demand.
- Motor Vehicle Record within company accepted policy standards required.
- 21+ years old required; strong preference for 25+ years old + 1 year professional driving experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Criminal background check and drug screen required.
- Adherence to employee dress code and professional appearance policy required.
