Raw Material Driver (Cement Transport Driver)

Beaver Lake Concrete is looking for a safety-focused, dependable Class A CDL Driver to join our team. We are located in Jane, MO but residency is acceptable along the transportation route.

As a Raw Material Driver, you will transport cement and other raw materials to designated locations while ensuring safe, timely, and professional delivery. This position plays a critical role in supporting our ready‑mix and construction operations.

• Safely operate a tractor‑trailer to transport cement and raw materials.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Load, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper weight distribution and load securement.
• Maintain accurate DOT and company records.
• Keep equipment clean and in safe operating condition.
• Provide outstanding customer service at delivery locations.
• Assist with yard and plant operations as needed.

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds.
• Frequent climbing, walking, and entering/exiting truck cabs.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, humid, and other outdoor conditions.
• Must maintain a current DOT Medical Card.
