• Delivering parts to customers and developing relationships with them.
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring accurate stock and inventory management.
• Focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by engaging with customers during deliveries.
• Building long-term customer relationships.
• Maintaining the delivery truck's safety and cleanliness, including basic vehicle maintenance.
• Performing other duties as needed.

• Enjoy working independently, driving safely, and engaging face-to-face with customers.
• Take pride in your work, focusing on safety and reliability.
• Want to be part of a dynamic, fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
• Are a student or retired and seek flexible scheduling.

• Ability to bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage returns.
• Maintain delivery logs or tracking systems.
• Inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and personnel.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to navigate using maps and directions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License.
