  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Compile and maintain logistics performance metrics and dispatch reporting. Monitor carrier and warehouse performance against key service indicators. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer service outcomes. Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and logistics documentation. Act as a brand ambassador in all interactions with customers, carriers, and business partners.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Report hazards, near misses, incidents, and inventory-related safety concerns promptly. Participate in safety initiatives, training, and continuous improvement activities. Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace environment.
